In his previous position as Vice President of Product Management with ProQuest, David variously led
the eBook, streaming video and health sciences businesses for ProQuest/Alexander Street and was a
leading voice for driving the integration of open-educational-resources and virtual reality content in
ProQuest products.
Prior to his role with ProQuest/Alexander Street, David founded Business Expert Press. BEP specializes

David holds a bachelor’s degree in international studies from George Fox University and a master’s
degree in Latin American Studies from the University of Arizona. He has also completed executive
education in new product development at the University of Chicago and various business courses in the
MBA curriculum at City University.
